Young Rizers
Pursuing A Dream Corporation (PADC) has been invested in helping youth develop their career aspirations as a result we designed an educational collaborative called the Young Risers (YR). YR seeks short term and long term partnerships with other organizations and professionals for the purpose of educating youth about the advantages of establishing a business and teaching the proper skills to sustain a business. The program offers an annual two hour seminar for youth ages 10 to 18 who are interested in starting a business. Students attend interactive workshops that are facilitated by industry experts that entail: braining storming, business plan development, dressing for success, money management, networking and understanding the business life cycle.

The First Annual Young Risers occurred on Saturday, November 10, 2012, watch and listen to the young innovators of tomorrow!
- Second Annual Young Rizers Youth Entrepreneurial Seminar
- On Saturday, November 9, 2013, the Second Annual Young Rizers Youth Entrepreneurial Seminar occurred in the City of Bowie, Maryland. The program featured young business owners, workshops, local politicians and lots of fun.
- Third Annual Young Ri$ers Youth Entrepreneur Seminar
- The Third Annual Youth Entrepreneur Seminar occurred on Saturday, November 8, 2014, the audience got a chance to hear presentations from the following organizations: Technology and Development Corporation (TEDCO), Service Corps Of Retired Executives (SCORE), U.S. Office of Patent and Trademarks (USPTO), Men's Warehouse and two young entrepreneurs.

YR is an annual event that inspires and teaches youth to become business owners. This event is offered once a year to students who reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Currently PADC is accepting students between the ages of 10 and 18 who are interested in starting a business. Students will participate in a Business Seminar during the summer that will assist them develop a strong business plan and learning the power of networking.
